I created Trusted Advocacy because I enjoy using my industry skills and knowledge to help people through the sales and leasing process. I have had various roles in the real estate industry for over 20 years.

A licenced real estate agent and trained auctioneer, I also have experience as a property manager, sales agent, and company director. I have even managed a not-for-profit real estate agency using a model that directed profits to homelessness programs.

As an advocate for vendors and rental providers (landlords), I provide clients with a tailored approach that considers the common pitfalls in the real estate journey. My goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible for my clients by breaking down the process, asking agents the tough questions, and answering all your questions so you have the information you need to make informed decisions.

She has spent years working with clients on both sides of the market and was previously a partner at an inner-north Melbourne agency, as well as experience in town planning. This combination has shaped a highly informed understanding of how to position property in the market for strong results.

Jacqui is known for her straightforward advice and steady approach. She helps sellers focus on what will genuinely add value before going to market and continues that support through to settlement, while supporting buyers in assessing opportunity without unnecessary noise. At auction and in negotiations, she remains measured and well prepared, helping clients make confident decisions when it matters most.

Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys long walks with her dog, Lemon, though Lemon has a clear preference for sleeping.
